I want to buy a knitting machine, but need advise!

I am a hand knitter, but would like to buy a knitting machine. I saw a Brother KH 930 with a ribber KH 850E for sale on Ebay. Can anyone tell me, if I can knit with just this machine, or do I need another attachement, stand, or motor or??? I have no knowledge about knitting machines, but I would like to learn how to knit with a machine. Anyone can give me some advise on that. Thank you.
